Hourly Photography Service Policy Scope of Work. Hourly photography services include on-location shooting time only. Editing and post-processing may be billed separately unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Hourly Rate & Minimum Booking. Standard rate: $___/hour. Minimum booking: 1 hour. Time is rounded up to the nearest 30-minute increment beyond the first hour. What’s Included. Professional photo coverage during booked time. Basic post-processing and color correction for a selection of images. Delivery of high-resolution JPEGs via online gallery or shared drive. Image count may vary based on shoot duration, complexity, and conditions. What’s Not Included. Extensive retouching or Photoshop work (available at an additional rate). Prints or albums (available as add-ons). Travel fees (Uber) may apply for locations beyond 3 Manhattan blocks of walking from [Shoot Location]. Booking & Payment. A signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer (e.g., 30% or 1-hour deposit) are required to confirm the date. Balance is due on or before the day of the shoot unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods: [e.g., Zelle, PayPal, Credit Card, etc.]. Overtime Policy. If the session runs longer than scheduled, overtime is billed at the regular hourly rate. Photographer reserves the right to stop shooting if time runs over and client approval hasn’t been received. Delivery Timeline. Edited photos are typically delivered within 7–14 business days. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Client Responsibilities. Please arrive on time and prepared for your session. Delays caused by the client may reduce available shooting time without refund. Cancellations & Rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the shoot forfeit the retainer. One-time rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Image Use & Rights. Clients receive personal usage rights for all delivered images. Need to print your photos? Rights available for $___. Photographer retains the copyright and may use images for portfolio, promotional, or editorial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
